Founder & Owner

Rosalee Harris, MS, LPC

Rosalee brings extensive experience across residential treatment, rehabilitation, outpatient care, and intensive outpatient programming. Her work includes leading IOP groups, conducting biopsychosocial and ASAM assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans. She founded Rocky Mountain Clinical with a practical understanding of the behavioral health system and strong relationships with community providers and referral partners.

“Dignity, consistency, and meaningful connection aren’t extras. They are the foundation.”

For referral partners

Good to know

Frequently asked

Questions, answered clearly.

Who will the virtual IOP serve?

The planned program is for adults physically located in Colorado who may benefit from structured support for substance use and co-occurring mental health needs. An individualized assessment will determine whether virtual IOP is appropriate.

Is the program accepting clients now?

Not yet. Rocky Mountain Clinical is developing the program and completing the required operational, licensing, and contracting steps.

Will the program accept Medicaid?

Rocky Mountain Clinical plans to accept Health First Colorado (Medicaid) once the required enrollment and managed-care contracting are active. Coverage will depend on the client’s eligibility, clinical need, any applicable authorization requirements, and active contracts at the time services begin.

Can the program fulfill court, probation, sober-living, or other treatment requirements?

When virtual IOP is clinically appropriate, the program may be able to fulfill documented treatment-participation requirements and coordinate with referral sources when the client provides written authorization. Specific requirements should be confirmed in advance. Admission will depend on assessment, eligibility, authorization, and program availability.

What will clients need for virtual groups?

Clients will need to be in Colorado during services, use a private setting, and have reliable internet plus a device with video and audio.
